Payment
We currently accept only credit card and Paypal payments. We do not accept money orders, personal cheques or direct bank transfers. Due to the nature of paypal payments items will be sent to your default paypal address.  If you wish your item to be sent to a different address please update this in paypal before completing your order.

All prices are listed and charged in Australian dollars (AUD). These are GST inclusive within Australia. Exchange rates paid will be determined by your bank/payment provider/paypal.

Security & Privacy
Claire Inc is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information given will be protected and will not be disclosed to any third parties. We may use your contact information to contact you direct regarding promotions or sales. If you wish to not be contacted in this way simply email us via the contact us section of the website. Claire Inc will secure your personal information with up to date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process. Added online security to protect your information from unauthorised use is provided by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. A SSL is a protocol that encrypts your information into codes so that it is kept secure while being transferred via the internet.

Domestic Shipping
Within Australia we ship via express post platinum for security which has an online tracking facility.  Please email us if you require your tracking number once your order has been despatched.

Express Platinum fees:

Items under 500g = $13 Australian dollars

Items over 500g = $17 Australian dollars

   Express Platinum - next business day from day of despatch

Unfortunately on the odd occasion Australia Post packages have been known to go astray which is why we only send via tracked delivery methods. If you prefer registered post with insurance we can provide this service upon email request.  Costs will be the same as the express platinum service.  We despatch items in two runs twice a week.  Please do not request regular mail. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or stolen from the postal service once posted. 

International Shipping
We currently ship worldwide. Our default shipping method is Registered Post International. We also offer Express Courier International (EMS) if you require an express service. Please note online tracking is NOT available with Registered Post International so please email us if you prefer the EMS service. EMS is slightly more expensive but express with an online tracking facility.

Registered Post International fees:

Items under 500g = $24 Australian dollars

Items over 500g = $36 Australian dollars

   Registered Post International = 5 – 12 business days (depending on destination)

Express Post Courier International fees:

Items under 500g = $53 Australian dollars

Items over 500g = $64 Australian dollars

* Delivery Times
   Express Courier Internationl = 2 – 5 business days (depending on destination)

Customs

ClaireInc cannot anticipate taxes applied by overseas Customs offices. Any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import duties and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. ClaireInc cannot determine the amount, if any, that will be charged so please check with Customs in your country to ascertain any additional charges prior to purchase. This is a legal requirement out of our control. If you refuse to pay the customs of your country it will be returned to us at our expense and we will be forced to charge you the return fees from the refund of the original purchase price.
